Exhaustion, anxiety, and feelings of inadequacy are increasing under the relentless demands of capitalism, unstable work conditions, and the widening gap between income and living expenses. These challenges have made burnout, depression, and anxiety alarmingly common. The project *i’m not on this earth to do labour* critiques the focus on work as central to identity, advocating for slowing down as a means of transformation. It asserts that our value comes from existing, not producing, with rest serving as an act of defiance and tranquility as the natural state we should strive for.
